How to Use the Templates

1. 1. Choose your template. Pick the one that matches your buyer profile. Casual buyers start with the six-column basic tracker. Bulk buyers and resellers should jump straight to the advanced options.
2. 2. Make a copy. Open the template link, then click File > Make a Copy in Google Sheets. This saves it to your own Google Drive. If you use Excel, click File > Download > Microsoft Excel.
3. 3. Customize headers. Rename any column that does not match your workflow. Add columns if you need them. Remove columns you will never use. The template is a starting point, not a prison.
4. 4. Add your first item. Before you message an agent, paste the product URL into the sheet. Fill in the item name. Leave price and weight blank until the agent replies. This habit prevents lost links and forgotten items.
5. 5. Update as you go. When the agent sends a price quote, fill it in. When QC photos arrive, paste the album link. When the item ships, update the status. Five seconds of maintenance per update prevents hours of confusion later.
6. 6. Archive finished hauls. Once every item is delivered, make a copy of the sheet, rename it with the month, and clear the original for your next haul. This preserves your history while keeping the active file clean.
